Im looking for a show to watch something similar to Cops or Alaska State Troopers. Does anyone have suggestions?

There's a couple that are just about women... Like the "Police Women of: X",  Broward County, Amarillo, ect... There's also Female Forces, but that one's pretty heavily scripted when they are being interviewed or off duty.  

 

As far as I'm aware, the rest is just Cops, AST, Border Wars and then the goofy shows like "Speeders" and "Campus PD"

I did however those are mostly dramas/ movies im looking fir documentary type shows

Southern Justice is a new one on Nat Geo.

Good old LAPD: Life on the beat, I highly recommend watching this show:

I would like to have some suggestions for TV shows that focus more on police procedures (similar to real procedures)...
